Domestic & International Shipping

We work to get all orders shipped out as quickly as possible, but please allow 2-4 business days for processing during normal business hours.

Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items are eligible for a return authorization request(s) can be returned as long as they have not been worn, washed, tried-on, cut, and undamaged.

  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of your received date. After the 30-day period, returns will not be authorized.

  • Once its approved, please allow 1-2 weeks of processing. We appreciate your patience.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receipt of your returned item(s) we will issue a refund for the amount paid, minus shipping and handling charges. Refunds will be processed using original form of payment.

Exclusions:

  • Final sale items are NOT eligible for return. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase.

Steps to process refund:

  1. Write request items for REFUND on your packing slip and include it on your package.

  2. Inside the box, please let us know the items you are looking to exchange and what you would like us to do.

  3. Ship your items back using the shipping method of your choice (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc.). We DO NOT provide prepaid shipping labels.

  4. Once shipped, please send us an email containing both your order number and return tracking number as well as the items you are sending back.

  5. Once your information is received, someone will reach out to confirm.

  6. Once your item(s) are received, the process will take 10-14 business days. If we have any further questions someone will reach out.
